Robust client ledger for payments, charges, purchases and financials
Embrace the ability to track charges, purchases and payments in a few clicks. See different seasons, programs and payment types within an organized ledger that displays the data for both coaches and clients easily.
In Travel Sports Pro, there are multiple ways to access the client ledger:
- Admin Dashboard: The admin can see and manage charges and payments, and view balances
- Online Client: Your students can see their balance, payments and charges. You can limit what they are able to see, and more on that below.
- WordPress Plugin: Similar to the online client, what clients can view is managed by the admin in the settings.
Client Ledger in the Admin:
At the top of the ledger you will see there are several filters so you can filter what you want to see. You can filter by season, category, and date range. You can click on the Invoice button to create an invoice for one or more items. Then you can print or email it.
In the charges section, you can create new charges and delete charges. You can also edit charges, and do more detailed work such as assigning which payments (or partial payments) should be assigned to charges.

Purchases View:
The purchases section allows you to view items in which some quantity of an item was purchased. For example, if people have group class or private lesson packages, you can see the purchase, and how many have been used from the their package.
Payments View:
In the payments section, you can view payments or manually add payments (such as cash and check). Note that there are many other places in TSP where payments are actually made: the Action button at the top right of every client account, the online client, admin shopping cart, and more.
Online Client / Front-end Ledger:
The online client ledger / front-end allows clients to view information about their account when they’re logged into their account, and the admin can control what they want them to see. This includes in the online client, the WordPress plugin, and soon, the iOS and Android apps.

Ledger Settings / Options
Depending on the settings, the client can see all charges and payments, or only charges and payments from a date range selected by the admin. You can see they also can do things like make payments on outstanding balances, or view/change the credit card or bank account they have on file. You can see that you have the ability to not show the ledger at all, not show the payments (ex. show payments: no), and the option to show all charges, or only unpaid charges. If you are showing charges and payments, you can also select the date from which you want to show the charges but setting the date. These settings also govern the iOS and Android apps, and the WordPress Plugin.
