
Staying in touch with your parents and players is very important, and TSP offers multiple methods, including Push Notifications through the use of Progressive Web App technology, as well as our Automated Messaging system. In addition, we offer text messaging through Twilio, and email delivery through multiple email services. At the time of this writing, we are continuing to make enhancements in this area!
Client Notifications
Client Notifications can be found at Settings > Messaging. Scroll down to the second heading and you will see the following settings:
- Email Account Registration Notification – Toggle on/off the sending of registration notifications.
- Registration Notification Message Template – In the Messaging section of TSP, you can create message templates (check the “template” box when creating a new message). In turn, you can assign one of these templates to the Registration Notification that is emailed when a new client registers. So in this way you can edit the text of this notification.
- Email Program Registration Notification – Sends an email notifying the parent about a successful program registration.
- Email New Payment Notification – notifies the parent when a payment has been made on their account (ex. a credit card transaction).
