Online Client Portal

With Travel Sports Pro, you have the option to allow all of your customers to log in to their own portal and perform various tasks such as program registration, making payments, receiving important messages, and more. Our Online Portal is also available via WordPress Plugin, enabling your users to access the TSP Online Portal within your travel club website.

The TSP Online Client Portal is a powerful feature that allows you to:
(note that many of the below referenced settings can be found in Settings > Online Client of your TSP)

1. Live Schedule Feed for your customers – You can choose to display the schedule in daily, weekly, or monthly views. Additionally, you have the option to hide specific items from the public schedule. You can also choose between a calendar format or a simple list view. If you require further customization, we are happy to assist you!
2. Show and Hide Seasons – Programs can be well organized by seasons, and you can set them to visible or invisible. You can show different programs in different tabs, so your players/parents can quickly find what they need (ex. Summer vs Fall season)
3. Option to take payments online from a variety of processors. You can take payments from credit cards and bank accounts. Additionally, there are many ways to charge clients from recurring payments, one-time payments, payment as needed, and payment plans.
4. Option to show the account ledger to families and students.
5. Online Messaging for delivering live updates to your parents / players so they can see important messages for the whole club or information that is specific to that account or even a to a group, such as a team, including the players.
6. As customers register there are many options on what information you can collect including:
   • Address
   • Phone Numbers
   • Agreements and Forms
   • Personal Photo
   • And More
7. Show Programs Organized in Tabs: In the online client portal, you can show different seasonal programs in different tabbed pages. This allows clients to simply locate the program or event they want to register for. For example, you might want to show Fall Season in one section and Tournaments in another. We are always happy to help you organize the online client so everything is clearly organized for your customers.
